United States. As our business grows we will add other countries to our list of
places we can ship.

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping for all packages. Our Flat
rate shipping is at a discount to our customers. That means you will never pay
the full price for shipping. Our shipping fees range from $2.99 - $8.99.

Being that all items are handcrafted.  We can not
take returns, do exchanges, or offer refunds once order has been placed.
Each item is handcrafted with care just for you.

All tumblers are made with sublimation designs unless
otherwise stated on product listing.

The print is heat transferred
directly onto the metal, glass or ceramic, which means No Sticker, No Lifting
or No Peeling of the images. Each tumbler is individually made 1 at a
time, none of that big production stuff here. Sublimated tumblers can last for
many many years with proper care.

We will be providing Sublimation that will be waterproof and dishwasher safe. items being made with this type of sublimation will be included in the description of the product.
