Diamond Delights offers diamond inventory at, or below, wholesale prices. We adhere to honest and safe business transactions. Please take a moment to read our policies below which will hopefully make your diamond buying experience a pleasure.

All diamond descriptions & specifications are based on GIA accepted standards. Due to grading subjectiveness, a difference of opinion received by the buyer's advisor will not be considered a misrepresentation unless it is blatant. Blatant will be defined as a difference of more than one clarity grade, more than two color grades, or more than one carat point.

All sold auction items may be paid for with Paypal. Money orders will be accepted and treated as cash; personal US bank checks will also be accepted, but shipping will be delayed as much as 15 days. Winning auction bidders must pay within 3 days. If a payment problem arises, contact with us must be made within 3 business days and we will work with you to resolve these issues. No payment and/or no contact after 5 days will be considered a forfeiture by the buyer and non-paying bid procedures will be filed.

Shipping of an item will take place after the funds are cleared in our account. Any shipment over $100 will be insured. Our shipping charge is non-negotiable and will be stated prior to a buyer either bidding or purchasing. All packages are shipped 2-3 day Priority USPS mail and have delivery confirmation. The buyer is responsible for the item once it arrives at the verified address.

No refund will be given until we have examined the item returned and determined it to be the identical item originally shipped. A return based on a misrepresentation must be preceeded by a written claim and a copy of the advisor's appraisal. Item discrepancies must be reported to us no later the 5 business days of receipt of our product. A refund based on an upgrade to another advertised item will be treated as another business transaction guided by all existing policies.
